HuTouch – End User License Agreement (EULA)

    This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and HuTouch (“Licensor”) regarding the use of HuTouch software (“Software”).

HuTouch Privacy Policy

    • A. Secure Data Transmission (AWS Lightsail)
      All data transfers occur over HTTPS encryption to prevent unauthorized access.
      Data is automatically encrypted by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
      Users can request data deletion at any time.
    • B. AI Processing (OpenAI API)
      Not ChatGPT: Your data is not used to train ChatGPT or any other AI models.
      Data Removal: OpenAI removes inputs and outputs after 30 days.
      Compliance: OpenAI complies with GDPR, CCPA, and SOC 2 Type 2 security standards.
  4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
    HuTouch does not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data may be processed using AWS and OpenAI APIs, but only for providing the intended functionalities.
  5. User Rights & Data Deletion
    You have the following rights regarding your data:

    • Access & Correction: You can request to view or correct your stored data.
    • Deletion Request: You can request us to delete your data from our systems.
